How to Find Your Mr Right

Have you been looking for Mr. Right? Mr. Right has eluded many single women over the years by using a simple trick. He hides in plain sight. He might be the guy in your office, at your gym, that you run into at the grocery store. He’s as likely to be the guy who you met on line at the movie theater as the guy you met online. However, before you find Mr. Right you need to eliminate Mr. Perfect and Mr. Wrong from your dating life.

Mr. Perfect. He can be real or imaginary. The imaginary Mr. Perfect is the most common. He’s the idealized version of what you want in a man. He ‘s what many women are still looking for and sadly, he doesn’t exist. No one’s perfect. The other Mr. Perfect is also in your mind. He’s the man that you decide is perfect for you so you overlook his faults and imbue him with qualities he may not have so that you can make him perfect for you. You need to remove Mr. Perfect from your mind and from your list of potential dates.

Mr. Wrong is something completely different from Mr. Perfect. He’s real. He has qualities or characteristics that we don’t want. The one’s that are deal breakers. But before you eliminate Mr. Wrong you need to make sure he’s not really Mr. Right. Does the extra 10 pounds really a deal-breaker? If his being two inches shorter than you really a problem? Does it really matter that he’s divorced with a child? The real Mr. Wrong is the one that has the qualities and characteristics that are your real deal-breakers, the things you definitely don’t want in a relationship. If you’re willing to make an exception for the right man, then it’s not really a deal-breaker. Keep the list short, but stick to it. No matter how perfect a man may seem if he has a deal-breaker remove him from your dating list.

Now that Mr. Perfect and Mr. Wrong are gone you can start looking for Mr. Right. But Mr. Right comes in many forms.

Mr. Right Now… Just like his name implies, he’s there now. He likes spending time with you but you don’t see him as being someone to spend the rest of your life with. Even though you enjoy his company and he’s happy with you, you’re still looking for something better. He may be Mr. Right if you gave him a chance. If you stop thinking of him as temporary, he may become someone permanent.

Mr. Right For… Everyone seems to think you’d be the perfect couple. This pressure from others can make you doubt any feeling that you may have towards him.. Sometimes it can cause you to make the best or worst of a situation. Don’t let that happen. Get to know him away from your friends and family. Don’t worry about pleasing them, worry about making yourself happy.

Mr. Right But… He’s a great guy, but there are a few things that you’re not sure about. He’s the man that may seem like Mr. Wrong at first. He doesn’t have any of your deal-breakers but he’s not Mr. Perfect. That’s why it’s important to eliminate Mr. Perfect from your thoughts and start looking at what’s really important to you.

Mr. Right Here… He’s someone you see often. You’re neighbor, your best friend, a co-worker. He’s nice, he’s single, but for some reason you never notice him. Start noticing the men around you the one’s you see every day. Just because their not trying out the latest pick-up lines, which wouldn’t impress you anyway, or being forward, doesn’t mean they’re not interested.

So, how do you find Mr. Right. Open your eyes and look around. Know what’s important to you. Be realistic and stop seeking perfection. Look at the men already in your life, there’s a good chance Mr. Right is already there waiting for you to find him.

What is Romance?

Romance word always refers to love between a boy and a girl. Love word can mean affection between a boy and a girl and also refer to many other relationships. A mother always loves her children. One does not use the word Romance for that. What is Romance? Why do people feel romantic love for opposite sex?

Is it purely biological to carry forward the specie? Then how are we different than other animals? People die for each other in romance? Why? People feel shattered if a breakup occurs? Why? Why write poems and notes on romance? So, romance has something more to do than pure biological need.

I would say that romance is a feeling of deep attachment and affection that goes beyond all known human bonds. Romance can not be easily defined but only experienced. One who has never felt romantic will never understand about romantic feelings. Lucky are those who fall in romantic love.

In romantic love, a person feels inspired. In love nothing looks impossible. Love motivates one to great heights. To please one’s romantic love, a lover can do anything. Some romantic lovers don’t even care for their life in love. One wants to look good in one’s lover’s eyes and wants to win the love for ever. That motivates the romantic lovers.

Romance is an emotion of the heart, and it gives a new outlook to life. It makes one feel good. It makes one feel in heaven. a person in romance needs nothing more than his/her beloved. That is romance! When you look at the clouds flying across the sky, when you enjoy the setting sun, when you marvel at the beauty of the snow topped mountain peaks, you feel that no sight can better these beautiful scenes. Take a look at the faces of a pair in deep romantic love with each other and you will say – i was wrong. Romance is beautiful!

Dealing With Rush Hour

With the rising cost of gasoline, more and more people are looking for ways to reduce the amount of gasoline they use every single day. One way to do this is to form a car pool. While you won’t be able to cut out all of your driving, you at least will be able to rely on someone else for at least some of the driving that you won’t have to pay for.

The proper etiquette for car pooling is to either switch the drivers during the week so that each person riding has a turn driving their own vehicle at least once during the week or collect a certain dollar amount from each rider to help cover the cost of gasoline. Car pooling helps to reduce your own gasoline bill, cuts back on pollution and lowers the number of vehicles on the road.

An individual can save a significant amount of money by sharing a ride through car pooling. By reducing the amount of miles that you drive you will save a significant amount on your gasoline bill. Many times people will arrange a car pool with others that they work with and whom work the same hours. By doing so you also reduce the amount of traffic on the road as well, this helps to decrease pollution as well as lightens the traffic during rush hour.

Today gasoline has become prohibitively expensive. More people are finding it difficult to get to work because they simply cannot afford to pay for the gasoline that is required. Jobs are hard to come by and for many that means that people need to travel further away from home to find employment. This in turn means that they need to spend more and more money on the gasoline required to get them to and from work each day.

To add to the problem, rush hour traffic tends to make things even worse. Stop and go traffic will cause a vehicle to use more gas that driving at a steady speed for an extended period of time. Because of this, more people find that car pooling or even public transportation makes it possible to be able to afford to travel to work without spending all of their money on the gasoline required to do so.

In order to set up car pooling, you obviously will need to get to know your fellow workers. You need to figure out those that live in the same area as you and whether there is a good spot where everyone could meet to ride to work together. While ultimately car pooling would provide you with a ride right from your door, unless you are working with your next door neighbor this isn’t likely to take place.

Set up a parking area for the people that are joining your car pool. Depending on the vehicle this could be as few as four including the driver or as many as seven for the mini-vans of today. You want to find a local spot that will provide safe, convenient parking for all of the participants. Next decide how you want to run the car pool. Will you switch vehicles each day or each week or will one person do all of the driving and the others chip in for gas each week? Whatever you decide, everyone will see a reduction in the amount of money that is being paid out for gasoline to get to and from work.

Some Ways on How to Get Your Ex Girlfriend Back

If you have had a messy break up with your girlfriend just recently, and you find that you want her back, then this article is written to give you some ways of how to get your ex girlfriend back when in this situation. Here are just a few things you might like to think about when you want to get your girl back.

One of the first things you may need to think about before you decide on anything, is work out why you broke up in the first place. For example, if she cheated on you, you really have to think whether getting her back is the right course of action as you may have a hard time trusting her.

Or vice versa, did you cheat on your girlfriend, if this is the situation you may need to ask yourself do you really deserve her back, because if you looked in another backyard, you may just find that if you do get her back, you may cheat on her again.

There are many different things that you can do that may get your girlfriend back. One of the next things is by not being too clingy. We know a break up is hard, but to react to it in the right way will help your situation. There are many men that make the mistake of calling 30 times a day, driving round to her house, following her, pretty much not letting her have her space. You will find the more you chase her, the more she will not come back. So if you feel a need to see her or call her, do not. The less clingy you are the more chances you have of winning her back.

If you know the things that your girlfriend was attracted to with you in the first place, then why not work on these aspects of yourself. At one point you and your ex were in love, so work out what she liked about you and work on that. Buy some new clothes, get a hair cut, show her what she is missing. Although it may be hard, stay positive as your ex will not like a man who is negative about things.

If you are all dressed up and you walk past your ex on the street, it is very important that you just say hello and keep on walking. Show her that you are not desperate, not clingy in wanting her back, that you are OK with the break up. If she approaches you and asks you back, this is important, do not say yes straight away, tell her you will need to think about it. This will show her that you are not easy, and that if she breaks up with you again, you will not coming running back when she wants you too.

Overall, you have to be ready in case she does not want you back. If you do not win her back, then it was not meant to be. Do not force her to love you as this breeds hate. Be kind to yourself and accept it and move on. There are plenty of others out there.

The Big Carrot (A Minnesota Short Story – 1958) Reedited 3-2009 (In English and Spanish)

[186 Cayuga St., St. Paul, Minnesota: 1958]

Ernest Brandt, who was my mother’s boyfriend for some forty-years, found out my secret when I was eleven years old, back in the summer of ’58, in St. Paul, Minnesota. He had about half acre of land in the city, and a big garden and he gave me a small section of it, to grow carrots.

Well, I was grateful, and so I tried to copy him by planting my seeds in a number of rows: not too close to each other, and not too far apart, and I’d pick out the weeds, water my patch in the garden, and so forth and so on; but my carrots just didn’t grow like his: but my envy did.

Well, we lived next door to each other; an empty lot separated the houses. In any case, it wasn’t a long hike to his garden: just a short walk across the field and a simple jump over his fence.

So it was that that every so often I’d go and check on my garden to see how my carrots were doing and they were not doing very well, not compared to his anyhow. Therefore, this one day, summer day, in 1958 my mother had just come down to visit him (he could see her walking from our home to his), and so I knew he’d not be back in the garden for the rest of the evening. They took turns going to each other’s houses, but as time went on, and I got older, it seemed she preferred his house, perhaps because of my grandpa and his orneriness.

In any case, Ernest went into his house, and I got to looking at his garden, comparing it to mine, since they were side by side, and he had many different vegetables growing in his garden, but somehow I was more interested in how his carrots were growing. The top of his carrots were as round as my writs, and mine were as round as my thumb: this was not just, not fair by any means, so I felt, and envy set into me, like white on rice.

Consequently, I looked here and there, mostly at the backdoor that lead out to a wooden platform, an open porch kind of, to see if Ernie was coming, and he wasn’t. Carefully I dug around a big carrot of his, pulled it out, from the back row by the fence, surely I thought, he’d not miss this one simple big carrot among so many. Then I padded the dirt around it so he’d not expect any dirty deeds were played on him (but life is never so sweet, and simple, is it: what goes around comes around, and when it does it often smashes right into you).

So the deed was done, and I went back home to watch television with grandpa-I hid a few apples in the side of the sofa as I usually did so grandpa would not see them, because across from me he sat, watching me as usual, like a hawk, and watching television as usual, a western as he liked most often, and when he’d spot my fruit, he’d say, “Vhen you e’er goin’ to stop eatin’ ?” his pipe half out of his mouth, as if it was going to drop any minute on the floor, half lit he’d put it in the ashtray burning slowly, sit back in his sofa chair again, refocus on his western.

Accordingly I’d hide the rest of my fruit, and he’d think I was eating my first apple or orange all the time, and that was it, and not be the wiser to my little ploy until I was brave enough to get up and go out to the kitchen open the noisy refrigerator, and who could hide that charade, yet it would be my fifth or sixth.

Anyhow, about 9:30 PM, my mother came home with Ernie, he always walked her home, and they were in the kitchen. My mother asked me to come in the kitchen for a moment, and every time she asked that, I knew I was in trouble. And I was in trouble, and I did go into the kitchen. Ernie was there with a big carrot in his hand, for a moment I thought it was just some vegetables from his garden he’d often bring over to the house for my grandpa or mother, and he said:

“Does this look familiar?”

“No,” I said, “Why?” (But of course it did look very familiar.)

“I think it does,” said my mother, with a hawk’s eye, that looked through me.

“Well,” she said, “Ernie found this in your garden, and for some odd reason it didn’t seem to belong there with all your little carrots.”

I had replanted it you see, thinking how proud I’d be to show it off later.

“Yup,” I said (I couldn’t talk my way out of it I knew), adding, “I, I didn’t think taking one carrot would matter, I mean you got all the big ones, I got only small ones.”

Perhaps a little logic to my statement, but surely not justification for the theft and I guess that is what it really was. Now that I look back, I think they were trying to hold back the humor of the situation, but it was stealing nonetheless, and it had to be dealt with. Little white sins, or distortions, or deletions, they all add up after a while and become big white sins, and then who knows where it could go, or lead into to, and I’m sure that is what my mother was thinking. But I would never have made a thief; I got caught all the time that is the few times I tried to get away with something.

“Didn’t it seem obvious that it would stand out?” asked my mother (I think my envy blinded me). I simply shrugged my shoulders, I wasn’t thinking logically.

I looked a bit anxious for being caught; I guess I was sorrier for being caught, less sorry for taking the carrot: in any case, I said, “I never thought of it.” And that was the truth.

Spanish Version

La Zanahoria Grande

[Calle Cayuga # 186, San Pablo, Minnesota: 1958]

Advice On Breathing Exercises For Singing

The essential reason why one has to breathe to be able to sing is because the air is the part that gives us a voice. We need the breath to make the sound in our voice and that is the main reason why vocal instructors aim to perfect breath training to singers. Some of the breathing exercises for singing are rigorous, but when one learns to perfect the breathing from an early stage, it creates the ideal foundation for singing. The diaphragm is the main muscle in our body that is used when singing. It is a thin sheet of muscle that separates the rib cage from the other organs. Its function is not singing, but to regulate the flow of air in the body as it contracts when inhaling and relaxes when exhaling. This muscle moves involuntarily and unless one inhales and exhales, one has no control over it.

It seems confusing when one says that it is the main muscle that is used when singing but one has no control over it. The fact is that we have full control over the intercostals muscles that are around our ribs and surrounds the diaphragm. These will be used during the breathing exercises for singing.

Firstly one has to relax the shoulders and chest. Doing this enables one to take deeper breaths for those high notes and long phrases of a song. Taking a proper breath of air is the second step. Place a hand on the belly button and breathe in. The area should expand first. Never lift the shoulders and push the stomach out as stated before. At first the exercises may leave one tired, but the more one practices, the less energy it takes to do them.

When one does not feel comfortable with breathing the following exercise is helpful. Lay flat on your back with your hands on your waist and fingers pointing towards your belly button. Take a slow deep breath and fill the stomach with the air. Your hands will rise gently during the breathing. Count to five and exhale. Do this ten to twelve times. The aim is to know the difference between a shallow breath and a deep breath.

To increase breath control one can do the following exercise. Count on one breath singing each number out loud, but keep the numbers to about five. This means one should reach the singing of number five before exhaling. Increase the numbers gradually to control the length of each breath. When one reaches twenty five without straining or running out of breath, one has the breathing under control.

An exercise that is aimed at feeling the air in the body is to get down on your hands and knees. Take slow breaths and notice the movement of your abs towards the floor. When you exhale it moves back to your body. Make sure your chest does not move when your abs move. Your back should expand when you inhale.

After one has control over the chest not moving with the abs, squat down on the floor and inhale. Ensure your abs move out and your lower back expands. Make sure you know the feeling and move your heels up and down until you feel the abs sucking in while the lower back expands.

Those were all inhaling exercises. Exhaling is just as important and the following exercise is to practice exhalation breathing. Light a candle and hold it about eight inches from the face. Take a deep breath as exercised before. As you exhale, breathe on the candle without blowing it out. The flame should slightly bend over. Keep the flame bent as long as possible.

Speech level singing makes use of exercises to balance the air pressure around the vocal cords. As one sings higher, less air is needed to the vocal cords. It then shuts off the vocal cords which allow vibration to happen faster. When the vocal cords vibrate faster one can reach high notes easier.

These exercises are aimed at relaxing the muscles that interfere with the tone making process. These are the outer muscles of the larynx. They also exercise the diaphragm to naturally regulate the air supply to the vocal cords. It is not needed to strengthen any muscles as the muscles used during singing are already strong enough.

Breathing exercises for singing is easy to do and it should be done one at a time until it is mastered before moving over to the next exercise. One should also do these exercises without cease to ensure one will have breathing fully under control.

3 Steps To Maintaining A Long Distance Relationship

A good relationship sometimes can be marred by distance, it’s always a pain when what might have been is thwarted by distance, and you really want to keep this relationship.

Revealed here are 3 steps to keeping and maintaining any long distance relationship for as long as you guys see fit to keep it that way, and still have a fresh relationship every time!

1. Write a letter

I know some of you will go ah! Who has the time? So show your loved one you have the time to do it for them, it will also let them know the effort and feel the love you put into the letter, and treasure it.

Also you can send postcards and email, but my personal favorite remains the handwritten letter it brings better results.

2. Take a trip

Going to meet your spouse maybe on holidays and special occasions is another way of showing your partner you care and cherish them, and it’s a way to examine your relationship at a closer angle.

I personally prefer holydays, cos fares are cheaper and I get to stay longer than a weekend! That means more time for me and my missus!!

3. Make a call

The sweetest thing to me is to hear my spouse’s voice first thing in the morning or, last thing at night, the sound of your spouses voice triggers a sense of security in your mind and makes you relax that’s why wailing babies respond to their mothers shushing croon

Talking on the phone at night snuggling my pillow gives me the belief of security, so I never really feel lonely and I really do sleep like a baby!

Finding Kids ATV for Sale on the Internet

With the increasing popularity of ATV these days, it’s not surprising that the Internet is flooded with manufacturers and resellers offering rather cheap and affordable kids ATV for sale on the Internet. While some websites offer kids ATV exclusively, some of them offer combination of adult and kids ATV for sale too from the same website, which makes it rather convenient for consumers.

However, a website selling Kids ATV for sale exclusively is more focused and often have more choices of kids ATV for sale.

Search for Kids ATV for sale by location

Although most Internet business owners offer to ship their Kids ATVs worldwide, the cost of shipping might come up to quite a bit considering the weight and size of the ATV. Sometimes, the cost of shipping itself could cause the cost of the Kids ATV to double up.

For practicality purposes, you might want to consider spending some time looking for a local Kids ATV seller who can ship to your location for a reasonable pricing. The good thing that some resellers may not have their office located in your State but they may have contractors or other resellers who CAN ship the Kids ATV to your place at a reasonable pricing.

Large resellers usually have a ‘search’ feature and tool in their website that their customers can use to find a dealer within their city.

Getting kids ATV from eBay a possibility?

eBay is an extremely popular online bidding website where lots of Internet Business Owners run their own Kids ATV for sale web pages on eBay. You’ll be lucky to find an honest one blindly because shopping in sites like eBay can be dangerous if you don’t know your ropes. There are many ‘unscrupulous’ business men who would not think twice about taking your money and never send you the kids ATV that you ordered. The only way to ensure that you’re going to get whatever you’re paying for is to check out the seller, research his/her background and communicate with the seller on the kids ATV for sale on his web pages.

First, check out their eBay ratings. The higher their seller ratings, the better. If you’re satisfied with their eBay ratings, establish contact with the seller by sending them an email, faxing them or calling them on the phone.

The best way to find kids ATV for sale

But the best is to buy them from a company/website that is dealing mainly with kids ATV stuff for sale. If you suspect that the company is a fraudulent one, once again, give them a buzz to check out the company. The more established the company, the more honest and reliable they are in their business dealings.

Can You Start Your Own Lottery Business?

If you are a budding entrepreneur and have an interest in the lottery, you might be thinking about starting your own lottery business. Being the smart entrepreneur that you are, you might be thinking to yourself that lotteries really don’t have much competition. After all, every state that offers lotteries only has one lottery operator – the State. You might be thinking that a private company that offers newer and more modern games might be able to steal some of the business away from the State.

This would be a great business opportunity. Aside from the low competition, lotteries generate billions of dollars worth of profit.

The question then is, “Can you start your own lottery business”? The simple answer is, no you cannot. Lotteries are regulated in the United States and only the State governments can operate them. That means that there is no room for private entrepreneurs to enter the business. That’s why you do not see any competition – You can only buy what the State offers.

What about an online lottery business? You still cannot start an online lottery business, especially if you live in the United States; it’s just not allowed.

You heard the simple answer about whether or not you can start your own lottery business, now here’s a more complicated answer – It may be possible elsewhere in the world.

Now that you know the complicated answer, you should know that you probably wouldn’t be able to sell actual lottery tickets. What you could do is develop lottery software. That could include a method of choosing numbers randomly, point of sale systems, and lottery ticket scanners. You could then sell this software to countries that do not have lotteries, but are considering starting one.

It may be hard to believe, but there are a lot of countries in this world that do not have lotteries. Many of these countries are considering starting one and they need software to get it going. That’s where your lottery business could come in – You could develop the software and sell it.

Now, you also might just happen to get lucky enough to reach a deal with a country to be the exclusive lottery seller. Then it would be your job to get lottery ticket kiosks in the stores and the ticket sales going. But that shouldn’t be too hard to do because people just love lotteries.

Myths and Truths About Bridal Gowns

There are many things that well-meaning people tell brides about wedding gowns. However, not all of them are accurate! Get the real scoop with these myths and truths about bridal gowns.

Myth: If you are losing weight, you should hold off on ordering your wedding gown until you reach your goal weight.

Truth: Many brides continue to shed pounds until the very last week before they tie the knot. If you wait too long, you will be limited in your options and have to pay rush delivery fees. The best course of action is to order your bridal gown within the normal time frame recommended by the bridal salon (usually a minimum of six months before you need it, sometimes longer). The bridal salon can inform the gown designer that you have been losing weight, and arrange to send in updated measurements closer to the time that they will begin cutting your gown. This way your dress order is in the queue, and you will get the best fit possible. Of course you should also plan on getting alterations, just as every bride does.

Myth: Heavier brides cannot wear strapless bridal gowns.

Truth: Strapless gowns often look fabulous on plus sized brides! A well made strapless gown has a lot of structure built into the bodice, which serves to keep everything lifted and smoothed out nicely. In addition, gowns with straps often draw attention to the upper arms, rather than away from them. Definitely give strapless bridal gowns a look, whether you are a size 2 or a size 22.

Myth: It is bad luck to let your fiance see your wedding dress before the wedding.

Truth: It is not bad luck, and in fact, some brides even bring their fiances with them to shop for their gowns. If you opt to do this, wait until later to shop for bridal jewelry and your veil so your fiance will still be surprised by your complete look. While it is not bad luck to share your dress, do keep in mind that it may detract from the specialness of the moment when he first lays eyes upon you coming down the aisle.

Myth: You should buy your wedding accessories as the same place as your bridal gown.

Truth: High end bridal designers have suggested retail prices for their gowns, so the prices are fairly consistent from one salon to the next, as long as they are an authorized retailer (and for your protection, you should only order a designer gown from a store that is authorized to carry the line). The same is not true of wedding accessories, and the prices can vary widely. Bridal salons tend to charge more for sets of bridal jewelry, veils, and headpieces than online retailers, so it really pays to do your homework and shop around.
